About Me

My name is Jahan Khan, and I'm a beginner boxing coach with almost three years of training experience. I got into boxing because I loved the discipline, the challenge, and how it pushes you both physically and mentally. That's something I try to pass on to everyone I work with.

I focus on helping people who are completely new feel comfortable and confident from the start. Trying something new can be intimidating, so I break things down in a simple way and help you build strong fundamentals at your own pace.

For me, training is about more than just boxing. It's about building confidence, improving your fitness, and developing a mindset that carries into everyday life. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and I bring that energy into every session.
